While eating Mexican mac 'n' cheese for lunch, I clicked on the television and saw Tyra Banks in all her glory. I pretend I'm the sort of person who doesn't utterly detest people she doesn't know, but when it comes to Tyra, I just can't hide from the truth: she makes me want to pop my eardrums out so I don't have to hear her. Or maybe I could take a spoon and scoop out my eyeballs, just for the time she's on TV making those faux sympathetic faces while glancing at the camera in a self-consciously coy way.
I laughed at myself as I realized I had just fumbled for the remote & hit the power button with way more force than necessary while saying, "God, I f*cking HATE her!"
At least I had some passion in my day.
