4/5/06 - music fun never ends!

April 5, 2006 - Wednesday

(As I said a few posts ago, I no longer have emusic, so don't worry about contacting me for a good deal. It's a little more expensive now, but still a GREAT deal. -Janet, Oct. '07)

8:08 PM - music fun never ends!
Category: Music

I've been working more than usual on work-work and schoolwork, so I feel I deserve to have spent lots of time on these awesome sites:

1. My favorite obsession: emusic. 1/4th the price of iTunes at its most expensive! At its cheapest, you could, for instance, get over 220 songs for $19.98. That's what I did!! I am rich with music!!
http://www.emusic.com (<--if you think you're into it, let me know so we can have me officially refer you. You'll get 25 free songs, and if you stay a member I get 50! Then you can ask more people and keep accruing free music!!)

2. Another good time waster, and all free!
http://3hive.com
Indie downloads for free!!

3. For those of us who are still attached to real CDs: check out this site. You buy CDs for $1.49 (that includes the 49 cent shipping charges) and sget rid of old CDs you never listen to. For a better explanation, look at their site (beta). http://lala.com (<--another invitation-only site, at least for the time being. If you're interested in getting one of the three remaining invitations, let me know!)

THE END!!!

hey there,

I have to agree, emusic is the best, and if for some reason, you lose all of your music, you can go to your profile and re-download it. iTunes, hell naw.

Have you ever been to www.metacritic.com? you should....
